- Document all incidents and resolutions in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Outlook configuration, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot common desktop issues using various tools and techniques.
