MS Excel or Google Sheets Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented MS Excel / Google Sheets Specialist to manage, organize, analyze, and present business data efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting, dashboards, data cleaning, and process automation. The candidate will work closely with different teams to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and overall business processes.

• Create, maintain, and manage complex Excel spreadsheets and Google Sheets.
• Develop automated reports, dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Use advanced Excel and Google Sheets formulas to analyze and process large datasets.
• Perform data entry, data cleaning, validation, formatting, and reconciliation.
• Create and maintain management reports and performance dashboards.
• Consolidate data from multiple files, sheets, and sources into structured reports.
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, errors, and gaps in business data.
• Develop templates and spreadsheet-based tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes wherever possible.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized databases and records.
• Use pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, lookups, and other analytical tools.
• Work with teams to understand reporting requirements and convert them into practical spreadsheet solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
• Troubleshoot spreadsheet-related issues and improve existing reports and workflows.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
