Walk-In Interview Schedule

• Interview Mode: Strict Face-to-Face (In-Person Only)
• Job & Venue Location: Akurdi, Pune
• Target Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only (Candidates who can join right away)
• Shift Coverage: Business Support Single shift in rotation

Key Job Responsibilities1. Messaging & Hybrid Administration

• Environment Management: Oversee Microsoft Exchange Online and On-Premises (Hybrid) infrastructure to ensure 99.9% service availability.
• Lifecycle Operations: Handle full mailbox lifecycle management (provisioning/deprovisioning), distribution list management, and connector configurations.
• Mail Flow & Routing: Proactively monitor and troubleshoot complex mail routing issues to maintain an email delivery success rate above 99%.
• Migration Support: Plan and execute cloud mailbox migrations, Tenant-to-Tenant migrations, and Exchange upgrade projects.

2. Messaging Security & Operations

• Threat Mitigation: Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts using Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and maintain security dashboards.
• Incident Response: Own P1/P2 critical security incidents (Response target: 15 mins / Resolution: 2 hours), participate in Major Incident Bridges, and deliver Root Cause Analysis (RCA) within 48 hours.
• Data Protection: Administer Data Loss Prevention (DLP) configurations, deploy Defender policies, and conduct routine Exchange security posture reviews.
• Vulnerability Management: Review, prioritize, and coordinate patch remediation activities to maintain a Month-on-Month Secure Score improvement.

3. Compliance & Process Management

• Audit Support: Provide documentation, evidence, and risk assessments for internal/external compliance audits aiming for zero critical findings.
• Change Management: Implement approved infrastructure changes and continuously update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge bases.

Technical Skills Required (Must Haves)

• Core Systems: MS Exchange Online, On-Premises Exchange, and Hybrid deployments.
• Security Stack: Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Mail Security, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Migrations: Exchange Online Migration, Tenant-to-Tenant migrations.
• Process Knowledge: Strong familiarity with ITIL frameworks adhering to a strict SLA matrix.
