MS Project Specialist

Location: Bilthoven, Utrecht

Hours: 36 hrs/week

Start: ASAP Preferrably 20 October 2026

Language: Dutch required

A public-sector organisation needs an experienced MS Project specialist to set up a project management environment covering around 20–30 projects across 5–8 categories, and train internal users to maintain it.

Must-have

• Specialist knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Hands-on experience configuring/setting up MS Project
• Proven project management experience
• Experience training MS Project users
• Minimum HBO level
• Independent, accurate and communicative
• Strong advisory/customer-oriented skills

Nice-to-have

• Experience implementing MS Project across multiple teams/projects
• Experience gathering project information from different stakeholders

Other

• Main deliverables: configured MS Project environment + training for 4–8 employees .
• Role requires translating existing project information into a practical project overview and management structure.
