Role Summary

Looking for an experienced MS365 Copilot Studio AI Developer to design and develop AI-driven business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and enterprise integrations. The role involves building multi-agent workflows, integrating business applications, and automating business processes using Microsoft and third-party platforms.

Technical Requirements

Copilot Studio & Agentic AI

• Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build and implement multi-agent workflows and agent orchestration patterns.
• Configure generative AI capabilities, custom actions, topics, and knowledge sources.
• Implement agent-to-agent communication, context passing, and workflow execution.
• Develop AI solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge repositories and RAG patterns.

Power Automate

Integrations & Connectors

• Integrate Copilot Studio and Power Automate with:

• Microsoft Teams,SharePoint Online,Outlook, OneDrive,Dataverse,Microsoft Graph API

• Hands-on experience with Premium Connectors such as:

• Jira,Azure DevOps,DocuSign

• Develop and consume REST APIs and Custom Connectors.

MCP & Enterprise AI Integration

• Connect AI agents with enterprise tools, APIs, and knowledge systems through MCP.

Development & Platform Skills

• Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API
• REST APIs
• Dataverse, Azure OpenAI (preferred)
• JavaScript/TypeScript or C#
• Git and Azure DevOps

Experience

• 6-8 years of software development, automation, or integration experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Experience building enterprise AI agents, chatbot, or workflow automation solutions.
• Strong experience with Premium Connectors, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
