Job Description
Required Skill Set:
Strong expertise across all areas of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including:
Sales processes
Lead management
Account management
Contact management
Policy sales lifecycle
Strong development experience in C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript for customization and enhancements.
Experience with:
Power Apps (Canvas Apps)
PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)
Power Automate
Good exposure to Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and other cloud technologies.
Experience working with AI-powered sales capabilities within Dynamics 365, including:
Microsoft Copilot
AI Agents
Lead qualification
Sales automation
Conversational AI (Good to Have)
Note: Please prioritize candidates with strong Dynamics 365 Sales implementation experience and share suitable profiles on priority.
