该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary This is a strategic role of management team within Medical Affairs Department to lead field-based MSLs team to deliver the medical strategy, field scientific engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), insight generation, clinical trial support as well as interaction with commercial team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• As one of the management team members within Medical Affairs Department, this role works with Medical Affairs Lead in certain therapeutic areas or Medical Affairs Director to design and optimize the vision and mission of MSLs team to be fully - -- Overall, as a team leader to manage MSLs’ daily work and activities: o

Scientific engagement with KOLs or other relevant key stakeholders including information sharing and knowledge exchange, medical education, third party congress, support for interactions within payers, patient organizations and other stakeholders o

Insight generation via advice seeking, insights collection and analysis, eventually contribute to company strategy o

Clinical trial support including support to Global R&D sponsored registration trials or other Real-World Evidence studies in China, to lead or support investigator sponsored studies o

Cross-functional support and therapeutic area training such as disease knowledge or landscape of patient journey framework

• By request, to engagement with critically top national/international KOLs or follow key projects
• Collaborate with medical excellence function to explore the tailor-made working objectives, KPIs setting, tools of tracking, measurement, approach of coaching to MSL team
• Provide required input to standard procedures or ad hoc requirement for pharmacovigilance quality management system or medical inquiries management procedure
• Provide support to medical compliance in training, execution, monitoring and correction
• Get involved or be assigned as leader to execute medical initiatives in medical affairs function
• To develop healthy and innovative culture in medical affairs together with management team
• Participate corporate medical affairs initiatives, be active at internal MSL community
• Interaction with management team from field force or other field-based commercia team to define the feasibility of cross-functional cooperation
• To share learning from MSL’s international community and get involved in local MSL interactions

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in medical affairs function, MSL experience is a must, Medical Advisor experience is preferred
• Master’s degree or above in healthcare relevant area
• Educational background in clinical medicine in relevant therapeutic area is preferred
• Working experience as people manager is strongly preferred
• Working experience in hospital as a clinical physician is preferred
• Ability to search, understand, analyze medical information and summarize scientific reports
• Proficient scientific presentation skills
• Good communication skill
• Good command of oral and written English
