• Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) the responsible therapeutic areas
• Build peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs
• Provide medical and scientific information to respond to KOLs' questions about responsible drug candidates or developmental activities
• Gather information from KOLs as to how they are using current available therapies and what potential opportunities for drug development to fulfill unmet medical needs
• Support clinical development initiatives including site identification, trial recruitment, registry, and presentation of approved data
• Engage clinicians with an interest in studying company drug candidate in a different context, or with a different patient group from the one it was initially intended
• Propose, design and lead investigator initiated trials (IITs) in different contexts
• Coordinate medical affairs initiatives including publications, advisory boards, medical education opportunities, training, and speaker development
• Lead meetings with KOLs to discuss relevant scientific literature and address their enquiries
• Support the medical community with up-to-date medical information, robust disease expertise, and clinical research progress in the field
• Communicate clinical insights on new data to the compound development team and to inform medical strategy for the therapeutic area
• Train internal stakeholders on key scientific and medical topics in relevant therapeutic area
• Keep up to date with the latest scientific research and clinical data relevant to the responsible therapeutic areas
• Gather market intelligence on new products in development and provide insights into market trends and competition
• Take other pre- and post-launch medical affairs responsibilities when products are approved for marketing 任职要求：
• Advanced degree in medicine, biology, pharmacy or other medical related discipline, MD or PhD preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, with 3 years in medical affairs or medical science related roles
• An in-depth knowledge of the healthcare market, as well as robust and current clinical development experience, oncology experience preferred
• Experience working with and/or for advocacy groups and professional societies is a plus
• Candidates must have well-established networks and active relationships with KOLs in at least one therapeutic area
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Energetically embraces responsibilities, demonstrates ability to achieve goals
• Has strong initiative, and functions well as part of a cross-functional team
• Exhibits excellent time management
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Experience in a start-up environment preferred
• Must be pro-active team player, flexible, and ability to work in ambiguous situations
• Travel will be expected
