MSO Growth Lead Utah/Seattle

For our client, we are seeking a MSO Growth Lead Utah/Seattle to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive growth for a multi-site primary care services organization by building provider partnerships and expanding market presence. The person in this position will work closely with internal leadership, contracting, and cross-functional teams to support strategic growth initiatives. Success in this role will depend on strong relationship management, market insight, and the ability to convert data and negotiations into measurable expansion outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,200 – $158,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Recruit primary care practices for the organization's IPA solutions
• Develop deep knowledge of MSO and IPA offerings and growth strategies
• Analyze local market dynamics to inform business decisions
• Use data to drive channel growth and achieve targets
• Negotiate agreements with new provider partners
• Provide key insights and reports to leadership teams
• Collaborate across teams to enhance program design and contracting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in provider network development or contracting
• Extensive knowledge of value-based care
• Experience facilitating complex negotiations
• Strong relationship-building skills with health plans and community organizations
• In-depth understanding of the local market provider landscape
• Self-motivated with the ability to develop growth pipelines
• Outcomes-focused with a track record of exceeding goals
