Position: MSP Operations Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Work Setup: 100% remote set-up
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented MSP Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operational workflows, partner-facing processes, ticket management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, triage, update, and resolve operational tickets and requests using Jira and Salesforce.
Maintain accurate partner, account, opportunity, entitlement, and operational records in CRM systems.
Support partner onboarding, enablement workflows, deal/request routing, commercial operations, and billing-related coordination.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong data management and analytical skills.
- Experience with ticketing, CRM, or business operations tools such as Jira and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
