Daily Responsibilities

• Strategic Initiatives
• Operational oversite of assigned team
• Plan the program, ensuring maximum efficiency in resource allocation across projects
• Monitor overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action where necessary
• Help define program governance
• Help manage budget
• Help with appointment of individuals to the program team
• Ensure project deliverables are to time, quality and budget needs
• Constantly monitor for gaps in the program and rectify where possible
• Manage program communication
• Supplier performance review support
• Weekly Req Reviews with each specialist – focusing on aging requisitions
• First line of support for escalations
• Oversee Training of new team members
• Lead on YER and Mid-Year
• Program operations reporting: On-Hold and over 20 days etc..
• Manage Requisition volume across team
• Team support

Required Experience:

• 5+ years with MSP
• Exceptional customer service
• Presentation skills
• Implementation (desired) and integration (required)
• Provides specific example of demonstrating the ability to think critically through complex problems, develop creative and practical solutions, and evaluate their long-term implications and broader organizational impact
• Statement of work (SOW) and Staff Augmentation
• VMS experience (preferred Fieldglass)
• Managing multiple projects while maintaining steady state operational tasks
