MSSP Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a MSSP Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will drive high-visibility partner and revenue operations initiatives tied to managed security service programs, with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and measurable outcomes. You will own the structure behind multiple strategic programs, helping teams stay aligned on deliverables, risks, and timelines. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve project visibility, refine success metrics, and support the ongoing evolution of program management practices in a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $108,000 – $149,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor deliverables for managed security service program transition strategy
• Provide project management for revenue operations initiatives tied to managed security service programs
• Support ad hoc special projects within the managed security service program function
• Lead key large and strategic programs
• Build and maintain the project management operating system for the program team
• Evaluate and suggest processes for risk and stakeholder management
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across various teams
• Review and redefine KPIs to measure project success
• Develop dashboards and analytics for project tracking
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managed security service providers, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or the technology industry
• Project management experience in partner or sales operations
• 3+ years creating dashboards and visualizations, including SQL and AI tools
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace
• Strong relationship-building skills across organizational levels
• Experience with risk management processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects using data-driven decisions
