MST Practitioner

Join a pioneering community-based service organization as a MST Practitioner, focusing on intensive, in-home interventions to support at-risk youth (ages 12-17) and their families.

• Location: Dodge City, KS

• Salary: $50,000 – $55,000/year

• Schedule: Monday-Friday days with some early evenings; on-call required

• Caseload: 5-6 families; approx. three client sessions weekly

• Travel: Primarily on the road with mileage reimbursement of $.72/mile

The role involves assessing families, engaging caregivers, and applying evidence-based MST methods to address behaviors related to various diagnoses. Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree with experience or a Master’s degree with less experience, plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
