What they need
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إدارة ومتابعة العقارات والممتلكات التابعة للشركة.
- متابعة عقود الإيجار والتجديدات والتحصيلات.
- التنسيق مع المستأجرين ومتابعة طلباتهم وملاحظاتهم.
- متابعة أعمال الصيانة والتشغيل والتأكد من معالجة البلاغات.
- متابعة العقود والمستندات العقارية وتحديث بياناتها.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية المتعلقة بالعقارات والإيرادات والمصروفات.
- التنسيق مع الملاك والمستأجرين والموردين والجهات ذات العلاقة.
- متابعة الإشغالات والشواغر والعمل على تحسين العوائد العقارية.
- الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة في إدارة العقارات.
المهارات
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال إدارة العقارات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة جيدة بإدارة العقود والإيجارات والتحصيلات.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض والمتابعة.
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office، ويفضل Excel.
- القدرة على تنظيم المهام وإدارة عدة عقارات في الوقت نفسه.
- الالتزام والدقة وتحمل المسؤولية.
- يفضل وجود مؤهل جامعي في إدارة الأعمال أو العقار أو تخصص ذي صلة.
