MT4/MT5 Administrator

Job Summary

The MT4/MT5 Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, monitoring, and technical support of the company's MetaTrader 4 and/or MetaTrader 5 trading platforms.

The role works closely with the Dealing, Risk, Sales, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and IT teams to ensure that trading accounts, platform settings, instruments, pricing, and client access operate accurately and efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesMT4/MT5 Platform Administration

• Create, configure, and maintain client trading accounts.
• Manage account groups, permissions, leverage, margin requirements, and trading conditions.
• Configure and maintain Forex and CFD symbols, including trading sessions and contract specifications.
• Manage spreads, swaps, commissions, and other trading parameters according to approved company settings.
• Create and maintain demo and live trading accounts.
• Manage user access, passwords, account settings, and trading permissions.
• Monitor platform performance and identify technical or operational issues.
• Coordinate with the technology provider, MetaTrader support, liquidity providers, and other third-party vendors when required.

Trading Operations

• Monitor trading activity and platform status.
• Support the Dealing and Risk teams with account and trading-related requirements.
• Investigate execution, pricing, rejected-order, margin, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with trade corrections or adjustments where authorized and properly documented.
• Monitor symbol availability, trading sessions, and market closures.
• Ensure platform configurations are consistent with approved trading conditions.

Client & Sales Support

• Provide technical support to Sales and Account Management teams.
• Assist clients with MT4/MT5 login, installation, configuration, and platform-related issues.
• Troubleshoot account access and trading-platform problems.
• Support the onboarding team with account creation and platform setup.
• Escalate unresolved technical or trading issues to the appropriate department.

Reporting & Monitoring

• Prepare daily and periodic reports relating to trading accounts and platform activity.
• Monitor trading volumes, account activity, deposits/withdrawals interfaces, and other operational metrics where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of platform changes and account configurations.
• Document incidents, technical issues, and resolutions.

Security & Compliance

• Maintain strict control over administrative access to trading systems.
• Follow internal authorization procedures for changes to trading parameters.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Support Compliance and Risk teams with required platform information and reports.
• Ensure platform administration follows company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in MT4/MT5 administration, Forex brokerage operations, trading technology, or a similar role.
• Strong practical knowledge of MetaTrader 4 and/or MetaTrader 5.
• Understanding of Forex and CFD trading operations.
• Knowledge of trading accounts, leverage, margin, spreads, swaps, commissions, and order types.
• Experience with MT4/MT5 Manager or Administrator tools is highly desirable.
• Understanding of liquidity-provider and bridge connectivity is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24/5 financial-markets environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous experience with a Forex/CFD broker is strongly preferred.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
