About the Role:

FinTop is partnering with a leading player in the financial trading industry to hire an MT4/MT5 Administrator/Dealer for a fully remote opportunity. We are looking for a Russian-speaking professional with hands-on experience in trading platform administration, execution monitoring, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MT4/MT5 platforms, CFD trading, and client trading behaviour, along with experience identifying abusive trading strategies and managing integrations with leading bridge providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot MT4/MT5 and cTrader platforms, including symbols, groups, gateways, trading instruments, and platform settings.
• Manage bridge integrations and connectivity with providers such as Centroid, oneZero, and PrimeXM.
• Monitor trade execution, market data feeds, and live account activity to identify suspicious behaviour and abusive trading strategies.
• Support trading risk management, client profiling, compliance monitoring, and trade reconciliation.
• Handle Level 2 (L2) support tickets, chats, and client complaints related to trading platforms, execution, and market data.
• Coordinate with brokers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and support platform upgrades.
• Test new trading instruments, integrations, plugins, and third-party tools.
• Maintain operational procedures and develop knowledge base documentation and FAQs.
• Identify opportunities to improve trading operations, platform performance, and existing processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in financial markets, trading, dealing, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 Manager, Administrator, and platform configurations.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in trading, dealing, or risk management within futures, equities, or financial markets.
• Strong understanding of CFD trading, execution monitoring, and trading risk management.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work day, evening, or overnight shifts.
