MT5 Administrator & Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain MetaTrader 5 (MT5) systems and servers.
• Configure and manage Forex trading accounts, groups, symbols, spreads, commissions, leverage, and trading conditions.
• Manage MT5 Administrator, MT5 Manager, and MT5 Gateway.
• Monitor MT5 server performance, trading activity, connectivity, and system stability.
• Manage Forex client accounts and trading configurations.
• Handle Forex CRM and MT5 integrations.
• Work with CRM platforms such as B2Core, UpTrader, Cloud Forex CRM, Leverate CRM, or similar systems.
• Coordinate with Liquidity Providers (LPs), bridge providers, and technology vendors.
• Monitor Forex trade execution, connectivity, and FIX API/bridge-related issues.
• Manage IB structures, client account setup, and CRM workflows.
• Troubleshoot MT5, CRM, server, and connectivity issues.
• Work closely with Dealing, Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams.
• Ensure the stability and smooth operation of the Company's Forex trading environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an MT5 Administrator & Manager in a Forex Brokerage.
• Strong hands-on experience with Forex trading platforms and brokerage operations.
• Strong knowledge of MetaTrader 5 administration and server management.
• Experience with MT5 Manager, MT5 Administrator, and MT5 Gateway.
• Strong knowledge of Forex markets, CFDs, leverage, margin, spreads, commissions, and trading operations.
• Hands-on experience with Forex CRM systems and CRM–MT5 integrations.
• Experience with B2Core, UpTrader, Cloud Forex CRM, Leverate CRM, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Liquidity Providers, bridge solutions, FIX API, and Forex trade execution.
• Experience managing client trading accounts, IB structures, and trading groups.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and databases.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Forex trading environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
