MT5 Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain MetaTrader 5 (MT5) servers and trading infrastructure.
• Configure and manage MT5 Manager, Administrator, and Gateway components.
• Create and manage trading accounts, groups, symbols, spreads, commissions, leverage, and trading conditions.
• Monitor MT5 server performance, connectivity, logs, and system stability.
• Manage and troubleshoot liquidity provider (LP) connections, bridges, and FIX API integrations.
• Configure and maintain MT5 plugins, gateways, and third-party integrations.
• Manage MT5 integration with CRM, KYC, IB, payment, and back-office systems.
• Monitor trading activity and investigate technical issues related to orders, execution, symbols, spreads, and trading conditions.
• Coordinate with liquidity providers, technology vendors, CRM providers, and internal IT teams.
• Perform MT5 server maintenance, updates, configuration changes, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor server resources, connectivity, latency, and overall platform performance.
• Maintain proper configuration, backups, documentation, and disaster-recovery procedures.
• Support the Trading, Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams with technical MT5 requirements.
• Ensure the MT5 environment remains secure, stable, and operational.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an MT5 Administrator / MT5 Manager in a Forex Brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of MetaTrader 5 Administrator, Manager, and Gateway.
• Experience configuring accounts, groups, symbols, spreads, commissions, leverage, and trading conditions.
• Hands-on experience with Liquidity Providers, Bridges, FIX API, and MT5 integrations.
• Experience with Forex CRM and back-office integrations.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking, databases, and server administration.
• Experience troubleshooting MT5 server and connectivity issues.
• Good understanding of Forex trading operations and brokerage technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with B2Core, UpTrader, Leverate, or similar Forex CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of MT5 API and FIX API.
• Experience with liquidity bridges and aggregation systems.
• Knowledge of VPS, cloud infrastructure, firewalls, DNS, and SSL.
• Experience working with Forex trading platforms and brokerage infrastructure.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
