Startitup Global is looking for motivated and confident Management Trainees (MTOs) to join our growing B2B Business Development team.

Location:Karachi

Work Mode: On-site

Working Hours 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to potential B2B clients through **calls and emails.

Identify and generate new business leads

Present company services and convert prospects into clients

Manage client relationships and follow-ups

Handle the complete sales cycle for acquired clients

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Support expansion into **international B2B markets

Requirements

*Graduation must be completed.**
