Karachi | Research & Data | Fresh graduates with major in statistics/ economics/ financial mathematics or 1-2 years of experience of relevant industry.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Research & Data Associate to join our Research & Data team at Tresmark. The ideal candidate will have experience in research, data analysis, and handling financial or economic data.

Description:

• Conduct research and collect relevant financial, economic, and market data.
• Analyze datasets, identify trends, and prepare research summaries.
• Assist in data validation, reporting, and documentation.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate and updated datasets.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and research-based insights.\

Requirement:

• Either a degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with 1-2 years of research experience, or a fresh graduate with Statistics as a major or minor
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel (SPSS, R, Python, or similar is a plus)
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
