About The Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career HR professionals who are passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in talent acquisition. You will receive hands-on training while supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for local and international hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare and post job advertisements across various hiring platforms
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and hiring decisions
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring metrics
• Support other Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in BBA (Human Resource Management) or an equivalent HR-related discipline
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals will be an advantage
• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
