Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – HR
Location: Lahore - Gulberg
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
We are looking for a motivated MTO – HR to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, CV screening, sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
- Assist with daily HR operations and reporting.
- Coordinate with candidates, employees, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, Management, or related field.
- 6 months–1 year experience in Recruitment or HR Operations.
- Good communication and MS Office skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in HR.
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
