MTO Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain B2B sales in the HORECA sector.
• Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Promote and sell packaging products and customized solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proforma invoices with approval.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams.
• Follow up on customer payments and recoveries.
• Arrange product samples as per client requirements.
• Conduct client visits and market surveys.
• Follow up on repeat orders and customer requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and dispatch updates.
• Achieve daily sales targets and execute sales plans.
• Submit regular sales and performance reports to management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the packaging industry serving HORECA clients (fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Clear sales and performance reporting skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional ethics, integrity, and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
