What they need
We are seeking a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Supply Chain Management (SCM) to support the supply chain function of our organization.
Position: MT0-SCM
Location: Defence Phase 8
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Duty Timings: 10am-6pm
Salary: 40000
Working Days: 6 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement and sourcing activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Support supply planning and logistics coordination.
- Prepare reports related to purchasing and supply chain operations.
- Assist in ERP data entry and system updates.
