MTS III Full Stack Engineer (Backend + Kubernetes) - Pune

We are hiring for an Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (Backend Heavy) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, API design and integration, Kubernetes-based deployments, and modern cloud-native application environments. This role focuses on building, deploying, and supporting scalable backend services while working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

🔹 Experience - 5 - 8 Years

🔹 Notice : Immediate Joiner to 60 days (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.

• Build and integrate APIs across internal and external systems.

• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications running on Kubernetes clusters.

• Create and maintain deployment configurations using Helm Charts and YAML.

• Work with ArgoCD or similar deployment/GitOps tools for application delivery.

• Monitor, debug, and resolve complex production issues.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions.

• Document technical solutions, requirements, and operational procedures.

Core Skills Required:

• Strong backend development experience using Golang, Python, Java, Node.js or similar programming languages.

• Strong hands-on coding expertise with the ability to solve medium-to-complex coding problems independently using efficient and optimized approaches.

• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP, problem-solving, and writing clean, scalable, production-quality backend code.

• Hands-on experience in API development and integration.

• Experience managing and deploying applications on Kubernetes clusters.

• Strong understanding of containerized application environments.

• Experience with Helm Charts and YAML-based configurations.

• Experience with ArgoCD or similar deployment/GitOps tools.

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in Linux environments.

• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
