Phibion was formed with the belief that it would be possible to deliver a better tailings solution that improved safety and reduced environmental impact while creating sustaining value for local communities**.**We are a global leader in managing tailings residue (tailings dams) using our Accelerated Mechanical Consolidation (AMC) process and technologies, including our in-house designed and operated MudMaster® machines.

We are seeking enthusiastic people who are proactive and willing to be part of a team to continue developing and maintaining our service levels on site. Those wishing to enter the mining industry and prepared to adopt a FIFO routine are strongly encouraged to apply.

You will operate a MudMaster® and ideally you will have an aptitude or exposure to maintaining equipment in terms of electrical and hydraulic systems. A willingness to learn something new is essential.

We are seeking candidates that reside in Brisbane or Cairns as this is FIFO out of Brisbane or Cairns.

The key responsibilities:

• First and foremost is to uphold, promote and adhere to our values, remember Safety First!
• Operator a MudMaster® in the tailings facility.
• Either assist or provide initial maintenance activities to our fleet of MudMasters® onsite, however note we do have Heavy Diesel Mechanics on site and also use contract 3rd party maintenance services for tasks beyond the day-to-day maintenance activities.
• Communicate and report effectively activities, concerns or required information.
• As a team, any other activities related to providing a safe and efficient service onsite.

Requirements:

There are some requirements for the role, as we working on active Customer sites:

• A current Class C, Australian drivers license
• Ability to pass and obtain a CAT1 medical certificate or similar
• Computer literacy is preferred
• Police Check is required
