MuleSoft Lead (Development + Support)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Lead with strong expertise in both API development and production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading MuleSoft integration teams, managing critical incidents, supporting enterprise integrations, and driving end-to-end delivery using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Experience in BAU support, L2/L3 production support, SLA management, and incident resolution is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of MuleSoft developers and support engineers.
• Design, develop, deploy, and support APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Manage L2/L3 production support for enterprise integrations.
• Handle P1/P2/P3 incidents, service restoration, and escalation management.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor integration performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead major incident management (MIM), bridge calls, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive change requests, bug fixes, enhancements, and production releases.
• Perform code reviews, architecture reviews, and deployment governance.
• Coordinate with business, QA, infrastructure, and external vendor teams.
