Mulesoft Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibility

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mulesoft applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation of technical procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Mulesoft applications.
• Analyze and report on application performance metrics to optimize system efficiency.
• Participate in the development of new features and enhancements to existing ones.

• Experience with Mulesoft integration tools and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and standards.
