Job Overview

WAY GROUP is looking for a results-driven, hands-on Retail Operations Manager to lead multiple branches, maximize sales performance, develop high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence across our automotive retail and service businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Branch Management

* Oversee daily operations and performance across all assigned branches.

* Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations.

* Maintain high standards of customer service, showroom presentation, and operational efficiency.

Sales & Business Development

* Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Actively acquire new customers, corporate accounts, and business partnerships.

* Develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer retention programs.

* Monitor sales conversion, average transaction value, and branch profitability.

Team Leadership

* Manage, coach, motivate, and evaluate branch employees.

* Set clear KPIs, monitor productivity, and implement performance improvement plans.

* Ensure staff accountability, discipline, and continuous development.

Customer Relations & Problem Solving

* Handle escalated customer complaints and after-sales issues.

* Resolve operational challenges and coordinate effectively between departments.

* Ensure timely follow-up and high customer satisfaction.

Financial Reporting & Performance Control

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.

* Oversee monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales and operational closing.

* Monitor revenue, operating expenses, gross profit margins, and branch profitability.

* Coordinate financial reconciliation and closing procedures with the accounting department.

* Present management reports with clear action plans and recommendations.

Showroom, Inventory & Promotions

* Supervise visual merchandising, showroom layouts, and product displays.

* Plan and execute promotional offers and seasonal campaigns.

* Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, and slow-moving products.

* Coordinate with purchasing, marketing, warehouse, and technical teams.

Candidate Requirements

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in automotive retail operations or branch management.

* Proven experience in automotive accessories, car care, vehicle customization, or 4x4 and outdoor equipment.

* Strong sales development and customer acquisition capabilities.

* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Experience managing multiple teams or retail locations.

* Good understanding of P&L, KPIs, sales reporting, and operational budgeting.

* Proficiency in Excel, POS, CRM, and inventory management systems.

* UAE driving license preferred.

* Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
