Designation: Multidiscipline Inspector

Key Skills: CSWIPC 3.1 / 3.2 , BGAS grade 2 OR Nace level 2

Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

The Multidiscipline Inspector will be responsible for providing inspection and quality assurance services across mechanical, welding, coating, and general QA/QC activities. Key duties include:

Inspection & Quality Assurance

• Perform inspection activities for equipment, piping, structural works, welding, and coatings as per approved ITPs and project specifications.
• Conduct stage-wise inspections including fit-up, welding, NDT review, hydrotesting, alignment, painting, and final acceptance.
• Review and verify material certificates, WPS/PQR, welder qualifications, and coating procedure specifications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable international standards (ASME, ASTM, API, ISO, etc.).

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare detailed inspection reports, NCRs, surveillance reports, and punch lists.
• Verify and update QA/QC documentation, inspection records, and project quality dossiers.
• Assist in the preparation and review of method statements and quality plans.

Coordination & Compliance

• Liaise with clients, EPC contractors, site teams, and third parties for inspection activities.
• Report deviations, perform root cause analysis support, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements during all inspection activities.

Technical Competence

• Review design drawings, specifications, and standards related to mechanical and multidisciplinary works.
• Monitor fabrication and installation processes to ensure conformity with project quality requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Profile

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or related discipline).

• Mandatory Certifications:
  ✅ CSWIP (Welding Inspection) 3.1 / 3.2
  ✅ BGAS / NACE (Coating Inspection) Grade / Level 2 respectively.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Industrial inspection roles.

• Strong experience across mechanical, welding, piping, and coating inspection activities.

• Familiarity with major international codes and standards.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
