Multi Drop Delivery Driver 3.5T & Class 2

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated 3.5T and Class 2 Delivery Drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting as part of the daily responsibilities. Experience in commercial driving or warehouse operations would be advantageous.

Duties

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations.
• Load and unload goods, performing heavy lifting as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of any issues encountered during transport.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading processes and inventory management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., van driver).
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety practices is an advantage.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
