Self Employed Delivery Driver - Van, Fuel and Insurance Provided Join Our Growing Delivery Team!

Looking for regular work, consistent earnings and the freedom of being self-employed? We’re recruiting reliable and motivated delivery drivers to work on behalf of DPD from our CF32EY depot.

We are looking for drivers who can start as early as Monday. Full paid training is provided. Training consists of 2 days of classroom-based training followed by 3 days of on-the-road training to make sure you are fully prepared and confident before working independently.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent work, a dedicated route and regular monthly payments, without having to worry about providing their own vehicle, fuel or insurance.

We provide the van, fuel and insurance, so you can focus on completing your route and delivering excellent customer service without the additional costs and responsibilities of running your own delivery vehicle.

Drivers will receive £120 per day, with regular work available Monday to Saturday.

The operation runs Monday to Saturday, giving you the opportunity to work consistently throughout the week. Payment is made monthly, providing reliable and predictable earnings throughout the month.

There will also be opportunities to earn additional peak bonuses during busy periods, giving drivers the chance to increase their earnings.

Occasional Sunday work may also be available for drivers who want to work additional days and earn more. Sunday work is optional and is offered to those who are interested.

You will work on the same dedicated route every day, allowing you to become familiar with your area, customers and daily routine.

What Your Day Looks Like:

• Start the day: Typically between 6:30am and 7:30am, with around an hour spent scanning, loading and organising parcels at the DPD CF32EY depot. Parcels can weigh up to 35kg.
• On the road: Your route will typically be around 9 hours, delivering and collecting parcels across your dedicated area.
• End of day: Once your route is complete, you’ll return to the depot for offloading and debriefing before finishing for the day.

As a self-employed delivery driver, you’ll have the independence of working your own dedicated route while having the support of an established delivery operation behind you.

What You'll Need:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work early mornings and independently
• Previous parcel delivery experience preferred, but not essential as full paid training is provided
• Ability to handle parcels weighing up to 35kg
