Multi Drop Delivery Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our dynamic logistics team whether that’s in your car or van! In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering packages efficiently across set locations in Bradford, Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Stockport area , ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while providing exceptional customer service. Duties

• Safely operate a van or your OWN CAR to complete multiple deliveries throughout the designated area.
• Plan efficient routes to maximize delivery productivity and meet scheduled timeframes.
• Load, unload, and organize parcels in the vehicle, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Verify delivery addresses, obtain signatures when required, and ensure accurate documentation of deliveries.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch teams and customers to confirm delivery details or resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role involving multiple stops.
• Valid van or commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of driving regulations and safe driving techniques.
• Warehouse experience is a plus for efficient loading and unloading processes.
• Ability to lift heavy packages safely and handle physical demands of the role.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Organized, punctual, and capable of managing time effectively in a busy environment.
