Paid per successful stop - Daily earnings can be £110 - £140 per day

Duties

• Safely operate a commercial van to complete multiple deliveries throughout your route, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Load and unload parcels, often involving heavy lifting, ensuring all items are handled with care and accuracy.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately, including delivery logs and electronic proof of delivery.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle to promote safety and efficiency throughout your shift.

Experience

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role involving commercial driving is desirable but not essential.
• Valid driver’s Manual licence
• Familiarity with warehouse operations or logistics processes is advantageous.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading tasks.
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of local roads and navigation tools to optimize delivery routes.
