Multi-Drop Delivery Driver - Full Time

We are currently recruiting Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our depot team.

With our busiest period of the year approaching, we are expanding our driving team to help manage the increased parcel volumes throughout Peak Season. These are full-time positions, with the possibility of continuing employment after Peak for drivers who perform well and where there is an ongoing requirement within the business.

This role would suit someone who is dependable, comfortable working independently and enjoys being out on the road. You'll be responsible for completing a daily delivery and collection route while providing a professional service to our customers.

Full training will be provided, so previous courier or multi-drop experience is helpful but not essential.

Your Day-to-Day Role

As part of our delivery team, you will:

• Complete parcel deliveries and collections across an assigned route
• Organise and load your vehicle in preparation for your daily run
• Use a handheld scanning device to record deliveries and collections
• Manage your route effectively throughout the working day
• Deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Carry out daily checks on your assigned vehicle and report any issues
• Handle parcels safely during loading, transport and delivery
• Follow company procedures and all applicable road safety requirements
• Work alongside our depot team to ensure freight is delivered efficiently and on time

About You

We're looking for drivers who are:

• Reliable, punctual and able to manage their own workload
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
• Organised and able to manage time effectively
• Professional when dealing with customers
• Physically capable of regularly lifting, carrying and moving parcels
• Able to work independently while also contributing to the wider depot team
• Flexible during periods of increased parcel volumes

Applicants must hold a full, clean Category B driving licence.

Previous delivery, courier or multi-drop experience is an advantage, but it is not essential. Full training and support will be provided.

Working Hours & Pay

• €14.65 per hour
• Full-time position averaging approximately 42 hours per week
• Saturday work is not normally mandatory before Peak Season; however, some Saturday flexibility is expected as part of the role
• Saturday availability will be required during November and December
• Saturday shifts are paid at a flat rate of €100
• A probationary period applies

Once training has been successfully completed and a driver is independently operating a full delivery route, a daily subsistence payment may be payable in accordance with Company policy.

Peak Season & Ongoing Employment

We are recruiting additional drivers primarily to meet the increased workload during Peak Season.

Drivers who demonstrate good performance, reliability and a positive approach may be offered the opportunity to remain with the company after Peak Season where there is an ongoing business requirement.

Ongoing employment after Peak is therefore not guaranteed and will depend on both individual suitability and the needs of the business.
