Pay & Hours

$39/hr base rate (Monday to Friday)

Saturday penalty rates — up to $46.8/hr

Monday to Saturday, with 48+ paid hours per week

Additional hours may be available depending on delivery requirements.

Roster

Monday to Saturday

6:00am – 3:00pm daily

No Sunday work

The Role

Based out of Chullora, you will be completing multi-drop deliveries across the Sydney metro area — including Western Sydney and surrounding suburbs — for a leading food distribution company. You will represent the client's high customer service standards on every run.

No prior experience with this company is needed — if you have the licence and the experience, we will get you started.

Key Responsibilities

Operate manual HR/MR vehicles safely and professionally across Sydney metro

Manual loading and unloading of frozen meat and refrigerated products (physical role — no forklift required)

Complete multi-drop deliveries across Western Sydney and surrounding areas with efficient route planning

Provide professional customer service at each delivery stop

Conduct pre-start and post-run vehicle checks

Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and driver logs

What You Need (Essential)

Valid HR or MR licence

Minimum 1 year manual transmission truck driving experience

Strong confidence with manual gearboxes — non-negotiable

Previous multi-drop delivery experience — essential

Clean driving record (driving history report required)

No major traffic offences — must meet insurance and safety requirements

Physically fit for ongoing manual handling duties

Full Australian working rights

Available for full-time hours, 48+ paid hours per week
