As a Multidrop Driver you will be responsible for delivering multiple packages or goods to various locations on a set route, typically within a local or regional area. The role requires strong organisational skills, time management, and the ability to work independently to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Below is a detailed job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Driving: Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Delivery of Goods: Deliver multiple packages or goods to customers on a predetermined route, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Route Management: Plan and follow the most efficient route to ensure timely delivery of packages.
• Loading and Unloading: Load the delivery vehicle with the day’s packages, ensuring that they are safely secured for transit. Unload packages at each delivery point.
• Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers during deliveries.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of deliveries and obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery, as required.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition (e.g., checking oil, tires, fuel levels) and report any issues.
• Problem Solving: Handle any delivery challenges such as wrong addresses, traffic delays, or vehicle breakdowns, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
