Multi-Entity Bookkeeper & Financial Administrator

About the role

You will own full-cycle bookkeeping, monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance across 7 distinct operating entities. You will ensure zero intercompany mix-ups and perfectly categorized class tracking in QuickBooks Online. You will seamlessly process complex payroll runs in ADP Workforce Now, administer garnishments and health insurance deduction audits, and accurately map journal entries down to individual care houses and locations. You will drive monthly accounts receivable, rent, and resident statements while auditing Medicaid billing records and tracking care house labor hours to optimize budgets. You will execute month-end closes, track accruals, and compile clean audit packages, giving external CPAs friction-free access to deliver seamless year-end tax preparations and Adjusted Journal Entries.

• Ensure zero intercompany mix-ups and perfectly categorized class tracking in QuickBooks Online
• Seamlessly process complex payroll runs in ADP Workforce Now

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or Finance
• 4+ years of hands-on, progressive bookkeeping experience managing multi-company portfolios
• Advanced, proven mastery of QuickBooks Online, especially class/location tracking
• Deep hands-on expertise navigating ADP Workforce Now for payroll and GL integration
• Treat every dollar and decimal point with extreme care, catching deduction discrepancies, auditing Medicaid billing, and navigating complex Excel spreadsheets with ease using Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs
• Adapt effortlessly to cloud-based accounting systems, multi-company ERP environments, digital document vaults, and secure corporate VPN networks
