Twins Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Multi-Function Service

Writer. This full-time position combines customer contact, service scheduling, repair-order administration,

estimates, warranty and service-contract processing, and payment handling. You will support customers

throughout the service experience, from vehicle check-in to delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional service experience.
• Listen to customers, accurately document vehicle concerns, and check vehicles in for service.
• Schedule, manage, and confirm service appointments.
• Respond to Service Department phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain repair orders, paperwork, and service documentation.
• Provide customers with clear updates on vehicle repair status.
• Prepare repair estimates, explain recommended services, and obtain customer approval.
• Process service contract repairs for payment.
• Submit warranty and warranty-contract repairs for approval and payment.
• Process customer payments and cashier transactions.

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Dependability and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy service environment
• Comfort communicating by phone and email and discussing repair estimates with customers

What We Offer

• Full-time position
• Paid time off (PTO) after six months

• Performance-based compensation: $40,000–$60,000 in estimated annual earnings. Actual earnings

depend on performance; this range is not a guaranteed salary.
