Duties

• You will be fully trained and capable to work in all areas of the factory from fettling to assembly.
• Operate various machinery and equipment used in cooker production, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Conduct routine quality checks and monitor product consistency throughout the production process.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Record production data accurately, including quantities produced, machine performance, and safety checks

Skills

• Strong understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
• Technical and mechanical knowledge for basic fettling, paintshop and assembly processes.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracey, safety, and quality standards
• Adaptability to multi-task across different roles within the factory environment
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues promptly
