  • Complete incident reports and support the appropriate management of security or anti-social behaviour issues.
  • Provide hands-on support with site set-ups, cleaning and general facilities duties when required.
  • Act as a keyholder, providing out-of-hours support when necessary.

About You

We are looking for an organised, proactive individual who is confident managing people and overseeing multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous management or supervisory experience, ideally at least one year.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently, use initiative and make decisions.
  • A practical understanding of health and safety within a workplace or facilities environment.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using everyday workplace systems.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to support different areas of the operation when needed.
  • A full ability to travel between sites, with access to a vehicle.

Experience managing multiple sites, coordinating a team or working within a community, customer-facing or facilities-based environment would be advantageous.
