Duties

• Design and deliver comprehensive music lessons across multiple instruments, tailored to students’ individual needs and skill levels
• Develop innovative curricula that incorporate diverse musical styles, techniques, and genres to keep students motivated
• Manage environments effectively, ensuring a positive, respectful space conducive to learning
• Provide personalized lessons to reinforce skills and address specific challenges faced by students
• Organize and lead recitals to celebrate student achievements and boost confidence
• Collaborate with parents to track progress and set achievable goals for each student

Skills

• Expertise in teaching drums and other instruments
• Proven experience in teaching diverse age groups—from early childhood education to adult learners
• Experience in teaching students individually or in group settings with patience and encouragement
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively with students, parents, and coworkers
