Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities by connecting with local residents and business owners in the Williamsburg community.

Analyze the specific risks faced by each client to provide comprehensive insurance coverage recommendations.

Prepare and present insurance proposals that align with the long-term goals of your clients.

Nurture existing client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive policy reviews.

Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure smooth processing and client satisfaction.

Participate in local community events to increase agency visibility and build meaningful networks.

Requirements Current Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance license.

Current Virginia Life & Health Insurance license.

At least two years of experience working in the insurance industry.

Ability to navigate multiple software systems while talking to clients.

Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets or production goals.

Clear, empathetic, and professional communication style.

Familiarity with the Williamsburg area and its specific insurance needs.
