The Joint Chiropractic operates a high-volume, membership-based retail healthcare model. Think fitness studio meets healthcare.

We are hiring a hands-on multi-unit leader to oversee six locations across Johnson/Tarrant county.

This role is ideal for someone who has managed gyms, fitness studios, massage memberships, or other recurring-revenue service businesses — and knows how to drive performance through coaching and accountability.

This is not a back-office medical administrator role.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, hire, and train front desk staff and Chiropractors
• Coach customer service and membership sales performance
• Hold employees accountable to expectations
• Improve patient retention and clinic experience
• Monitor daily metrics (visits, conversions, cancellations)
• Support chiropractors with treatment plan adherence
• Manage schedules, coverage, and basic payroll accuracy
• Handle escalated staff and patient concerns
• Travel between local clinics daily (in-person role)

Pay & Benefits

$60,000 - $70,000 salary
