Direct Mail Campaign Management

· Coordinate with agents to place direct mail campaigns across the United States

· Work with data vendors to procure appropriate records based on campaign criteria and agent needs

· Calculate cost-per-lead by state, county, or city and use this data to price drops appropriately

· Partner with printing companies to ensure mail drops are printed and delivered on time, and proof materials prior to mailing

· Open, sort, and upload returned mail into our system, including making manual corrections as needed

· Maintain accurate records of do-not-mail clients and scrub potential risks from mailing lists using Excel

Performance Reporting & Optimization

· Maintain and update tracking workbooks with lead totals, source breakdowns, station-level data, and overall campaign performance

· Monitor lead volume and cost-per-lead (CPL) trends daily, weekly, and monthly across all active campaigns

· Build and manage pivot tables and summary reports to analyze lead performance, media spend and return rates

· Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to support leadership and inform media buying decisions

· Identify underperforming campaigns and assist in making data-driven recommendations for optimizations in creative, placement, or timing

· Coordinate with internal teams and media partners to confirm campaign compliance, traffic accuracy, and delivery of broadcast logs

· Ensure campaign performance remains aligned with preset CPL goals and budget expectations

Support Across Channels

· Assist with Facebook and website advertising campaigns as needed

· Enter advertisement and spend details into tracking systems for each campaign type

· Analyze invoices and enter approved totals before submitting them to the fiscal department for processing

Qualifications:

Required:

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

· Ability to work independently, follow complex step-by-step processes, and meet deadlines

· Comfortable reviewing, comparing, and analyzing numeric data

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

· Background in marketing, media buying, data analysis, or insurance lead generation

· Familiarity with TV campaign tracking, lead validation, or advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TV logs)
