Pay POSITION DETAILS:

• Competitive compensation of $18.00 plus 3% tip pool

Schedule

• Part-time, Thursday through Sunday evening shifts
• Flexible availability required, including weekends and holidays
• Shifts typically range from 4-8 hours
• Occasional split shifts may be scheduled

Multi-outlet Barback Role Highlights Each day looks different, but expect to:

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies while keeping bar operations running smoothly
• Assist bartenders by maintaining clean, organized stations and preparing garnishes, glassware, and equipment
• Support daily service, special events, and club functions by transporting inventory, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining a professional member experience

What You Need To Become Our Part-time Multi-Outlet Barback

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant supporting bar operations
• Base knowledge of Beer, Wine, and Liquor
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• TABC and Texas Food Handlers certifications
• Club experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Team Player
• Ability to put your best foot forward and present yourself in a clean and professional way
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to Stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
