Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Multi-Property Groundskeeper to maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of multiple outdoor spaces across our properties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing a variety of landscaping, groundskeeping, and maintenance skills. You will be responsible for performing routine landscape maintenance, operating groundskeeping equipment, and ensuring all outdoor areas meet safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Perform common area cleaning and maintenance.
• Be responsible for all landscaping.
• Perform Trash bagging and management.
• Assist in maintenance for buildings.
• Be a trustworthy Keyholder for properties.

Experience

• Experience with rental property maintenance is highly preferred.
• Prior outdoor work experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, gardening, planting, and hardscape upkeep
• Experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is advantageous
• Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification and pest management techniques
• Ability to operate power tools safely including trimmers, blowers, excavators, and snow plows
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocol adherence during outdoor work activities

Pay: $21.28 - $31.65 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
