Multi-Purpose Helper

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Multi-Purpose Helper is responsible for supporting daily operational needs by maintaining cleanliness, ensuring safe work practices, and assisting team members as required.

Duties

• Properly disposing of waste materials and emptying waste buckets
• Following all safety, sanitation, and workplace guidelines
• Assisting with general tasks to support overall workflow and facility operations
• Building maintenance tasks overall
• Work is mainly in the DFW area with flexibility to travel (rarely) within the USA

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and all company safety policies
• Flexibility to work irregular, rotating, or extended shifts as needed
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and varying schedules
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
