Position Overview

BW Connect LLC is expanding our field sales network and looking for motivated Multi-Service Field Sales Representatives who want the ability to offer customers more than just one product. Instead of being limited to a single campaign, our representatives receive access to multiple products and services conveniently available through one agent portal.

What You'll Be Able to Offer

Internet Services

Help customers find available home Internet options from multiple major providers. Availability varies by customer address and service area. Representatives can assist customers with comparing available Internet options and submitting qualified sales through our Internet platform.

ADT Home Security Referrals

Identify customers interested in home security and refer them through our ADT referral campaign. You are not responsible for installing security equipment or completing the ADT sale.

Qualified referrals are connected with an ADT representative who handles the consultation and closing process.

BreezerTV Streaming Services

Offer customers an additional streaming entertainment option through BreezerTV.

BreezerTV provides access to 1,000+ channels, including entertainment, sports packages, premium programming, PPV options, HBO, Showtime and more, with streaming available on up to 5 devices simultaneously.

Representatives can also earn monthly residual compensation on qualifying active BreezerTV customers.

One Agent Portal. Multiple Opportunities.

One of the biggest advantages of this position is the ability to offer multiple services from one agent platform. A customer may need Internet today, home security after moving into a new home, or an alternative streaming service.

Instead of turning those opportunities away, our representatives have access to several products and services they can offer.

What You'll Do

• Generate customers through field sales, canvassing, events, networking and community outreach
• Speak with customers about available Internet services
• Submit Internet sales through the approved agent platform
• Generate qualified ADT home security referrals
• Promote and sell BreezerTV streaming services
• Cross-sell additional services when appropriate
• Maintain accurate customer information and submissions
• Follow provider, compliance and campaign requirements
• Build relationships with apartment communities, property professionals, local businesses and community organizations

Who We're Looking For?

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in:

• Door-to-door or field sales

• Internet or telecommunications sales

• Wireless sales

• Home services

• Community outreach

• Canvassing

• Event marketing

• Apartment or real estate networking

• Independent sales

Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are also open to motivated individuals who are comfortable approaching customers and working independently.

Reliable transportation and access to a compatible smartphone, tablet or computer is required.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based position. Representatives have multiple ways to generate income depending on the products and services sold or referred.

• Commission on qualifying Internet sales

• $125–$200 on qualifying completed ADT referral installations, based on weekly production

• BreezerTV sales compensation: monthly residual compensation per qualifying active BreezerTV customer

Because this is an independent contractor opportunity, there is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary.
