What you'll be responsible for

• Lead manufacturing operations across three production sites.
• Create a unified culture built on collaboration, accountability and ownership.
• Develop and coach operational leaders to lift capability and performance.
• Establish consistent manufacturing systems, KPIs and operating standards.
• Improve communication, planning and coordination across all sites.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Improve productivity, quality, safety and on-time delivery.
• Partner with the executive team to support long-term growth and operational strategy.
